The online Smart Club Cloud database will enable yourselves as members to independently: Join and renew; Pay subscriptions; Update your contact information; Indicate your data protection preferences. Please note DOB and medical notes are not required.

Please look out for 2 emails from smartclubsolutions.com. These will supply you with your log in details and a temporary password. You can change the password and then be in control of your own account details.

More Information on Annual Memberships

The society’s membership year begins on 1st May and subscriptions are due each year on that date. New members enrolling between 1st May and 31st December will receive three newsletters and a copy of the society’s journal, Moorea, if it is published within their year of membership.

New members joining after 1st January will have their membership subscription credited to the following membership year, and will still be entitled to any membership benefits for the period between joining and 1st May of that year.
