The Annual General Meeting on Saturday, May 7th 2022 at 11.15am will take place via Zoom and not in-person as stated on page 32 of the Newsletter. The agenda remains unchanged.

The change is due to COVID restrictions. We have just been informed that the venue at the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin, Dublin is now restricted to a maximum of 70 persons. Unfortunately a hybrid meeting with both members present and others attending by Zoom is not feasible on this occasion. The Committee has therefore decided to hold the AGM via Zoom.

The meeting will be followed by a lecture The National Botanic Gardens – Adapting to Change by Dr Darach Lupton, Curator of the National Botanic Gardens.

Details of the Zoom link will be circulated in early May to those members whose email addresses are held by the Membership Secretary. We apologise for the inconvenience but hope that many of you will take part online.
